feeding liner paper
Feeding liner paper and keep it flat and precisely ready for glueing
glueing
Coating glue onto the liner paper. It must be coated clean and averagely.
feeding colored vinyl
Feeding colored vinyl and keep it flat and precisely ready for plying with the glued liner paper.
semi finished roll rewinding
After the colored vinyl and glued liner paper is combined together, it is rewinded into 600 meters semi finished car wrap vinyl roll that is ready for slitting and curing, then ready for delivery.

initial adhesion inspection
Inspection of the initial tack value. Too much initial tack is not easy for repositioning while too low tack makes the vinyl difficult for fixing.
holding tack inspection
Inspection of the holding tack value. A proper holding tack value will make sure the vinyl or PPF be hold on the car body firmly and removed properly
durability test
Our finished products have warranty years. Only after tested by the heating machines and uv machiens that we can evaluate the warranty period
vinyl checking
Whether before or after gluing, it's important to inspect the vinyl thoroughly to remove any obvious imperfections.
